festival consists of two parts: ceremonial rites and festival. The
ceremonial rites include costume procession, tower-opening, statue-cleaning,
wearing costumes for genie statues and the grand ceremony. The festival shall
see propitious dances, folk songs, Gi Nang drums beat and Saranai
trumpets.
