Place: Ke Khau Village, Van Duc Commune, Chi Linh District, Hai Duong Province

Feature: the festival is to commemorate Deputy Marshal Tran Duc Hien who had a great contribution to the victory over the Yuan invaders in the Tran Dynasty (1225-1400).

At the festival, the rituals and festivities are held, including incense offering and worshiping at the communal shrine, chess playing, cock fighting and wrestling.
